Singapore can be genuinely challenging for a strict gluten-free diet. Awareness here is lower than in many Western countries, so strategies that work at home don't always translate.

That said, thousands of travelers have eaten well here with a bit of preparation, and you will too.

You need the essential resources first.

login to membership library screen

1. Log into the Membership Library

If possible, do this from a laptop. Your phone browser will work, but a little more tedious to view.

The library lives at learn.internationalglutenfree.com.

The website should default to the login screen. If you have not yet set a password, choose Generate Secure Code.

(The platform that hosts the membership library occasionally updates. If the window is blank, try https://learn.internationalglutenfree.com/home or https://learn.internationalglutenfree.com/dashboard.)

3. Download and read Quick Start Guide and The Restaurant & Cafe List.

quick list & full f&b list

Stick with the Dedicated and Highly Recommended restaurants.

The quick start guide gives an overview of gluten-free in Singapore with a short list of the safest places. The Restaurant & Cafe List has a much more extensive list plus a goggle map.

4. Join the Community.

The community is located inside the membership library. There will be more information here about local restaurants and recommendations. Share your experiences for the benefit of others.

The GFSG Community is private and advert free. It is independent from mainstream social media. It is still in the building stage, so we really appreciate your contributions and interactions.
