Where to Find Everything in Your Membership Library
Already logged in and not sure where to go next? Here's a quick map of your membership: what's a course, what's a community, and when to reach for your phone instead of your laptop.

Where Your Courses Live
Once you're logged in, click Take a Course. This opens your library: everything you're enrolled in, sorted by title.
Right now your membership includes:
Welcome. Start here. It walks you through the whole library and points you to the right first step, whether you're visiting, newly diagnosed, or a resident.

GFSG Travel Guide. Built for anyone traveling to or arriving in Singapore.

GFSG Local Ingredients and GFSG Local Food. Deep dives into what's actually in Singaporean and Southeast Asian food.

Gluten Basics. If you or someone you love has just been diagnosed, this is the place to start.
More courses are added regularly, covering topics like cross-contamination and hidden gluten. If a topic isn't there yet, it's probably on its way.
Inside each course, look for a Resource Library or Resources section. That's where downloadable guides, PDFs, and reference sheets live. Use the search bar at the top of any page to jump straight to a specific dish, ingredient, or topic instead of browsing.
Where Your Communities Live
From your library home page, click the home icon, then Join a Group, to see the communities available to you.
You currently have access to two:

GFSG Community. General resources, questions, and support for travelers and residents. Start here for anything that doesn't fit neatly elsewhere.

GFSG Local Food & Ingredients. A focused group for local dishes, ingredients, hawker food, and recipes. The place to go when you want to know what's actually in your food.
Both are private groups, visible only to members. Pop in, introduce yourself, and have a look around before you post.
For the full guide to posting well and treating each other right, see Community Guidelines: Where to Post and How We Treat Each Other.
Courses vs. Communities: What's the Difference?
You'll notice real overlap between the two. Ingredients and hawker food, for example, show up in both the courses and the communities, and that's by design.
Courses are your learning reference. Organized, in-depth, and built to teach you something properly. Work through a lesson once, and it stays there for you to come back to whenever you need it.
Communities are for scrolling. Dynamic and real-time. A good place to catch what other members are talking about right now, ask something specific to your situation, or get a quick second opinion.
If you want the full, organized explanation of something, start in the courses. If you want to know what people are saying about it today, or ask a question specific to you, head to the community.
Browser or App? When to Use Each
The library works well in a browser on a laptop, iPad, or tablet, and that's the best place for reading longer lessons, downloading PDFs, or typing up a detailed community post.
For quick access on your phone, day to day, we recommend the GoKollab app. It opens faster, sends you notifications when someone replies to you, and makes browsing the communities on the go much easier.
