Gluten Free Singapore Support Group ("GFSG," "we," "us," or "our") provides the GFSG Membership Library as a resource to help travelers, newly diagnosed individuals, and residents navigate a gluten-free diet in Singapore. The membership includes courses, community groups, guides, and downloadable resources designed to help members eat safely and confidently.
2. Accuracy of Information
All information provided within the GFSG Membership Library is accurate and up to date to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. This includes details about restaurants, menus, ingredients, and other gluten-free dining options.
However, members should be aware that restaurant offerings, menu items, ingredients, and practices may change without notice. We strongly recommend verifying current practices with individual restaurants and service providers before dining.
3. No Liability for Changes or Errors
GFSG cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of the information at all times, as changes in the food and beverage industry may occur frequently and without prior notification. Therefore, GFSG shall not be held liable for any discrepancies, changes, or inaccuracies in the information presented.
4. Personal Responsibility
Members are encouraged to use the information provided as a guide, but it is ultimately their responsibility to verify gluten-free status directly with the establishments. Members should also be mindful of potential cross-contamination risks and make informed decisions regarding dining choices.
5. No Warranties or Guarantees
GFSG does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the safety, gluten-free status, or quality of meals consumed based on the recommendations in the membership library. The information is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GFSG, its employees, or affiliates be liable for any damages, injuries, or health issues that may arise from following the advice, recommendations, or information contained within the GFSG Membership Library.

By using the GFSG Membership Library, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for any actions taken based on the information provided.

Privacy
Effective date: July 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Gluten-Free Singapore ("GFSG," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Gluten Free Singapore Support Group, collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit GlutenFreeSingapore.com, join the GFSG Membership Library, or interact with our communities, courses, and emails.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us. Name, email address, and any details you provide when signing up for membership, filling out the Contact form, or posting in the community groups.
Payment information. When you purchase a membership, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves.
Account and usage information. Login activity, course progress, and community activity within the membership library, hosted through our Tekmatix (GoHighLevel) platform.
Automatically collected information. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide access. Create and manage your membership account, and give you access to courses, communities, and resources.
Process payments. Complete and verify your membership purchase and renewals.
Communicate with you. Send login codes, membership confirmations, welcome emails, and updates about the library. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.
Improve our services. Understand how members use the library so we can improve courses, communities, and resources.
Respond to you. Answer questions submitted through the Contact form or community groups.
3. Cookies and Tracking
Our website and membership library use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site, particularly login and course progress tracking, may not work properly without them.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run GFSG, and your information may be processed by them on our behalf:
Tekmatix (GoHighLevel). Powers our website, membership library, courses, and community groups.
Stripe. Processes membership payments securely. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
Email provider. Sends login codes and email communications through the Tekmatix platform, via LeadConnector and GoHighLevel.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We only share your information with the service providers listed above, as needed to operate GFSG, or when required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or record-keeping requirements.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information.
Access or correct your information. Log in to your account, or contact us using the details in Section 13.
Unsubscribe from emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Note that some transactional emails, such as login codes, can't be turned off while your account is active.
Delete your account. Contact us and we'll help you close your account and remove your information, subject to the retention needs described in Section 6.
If you're located in Singapore, these rights are also supported under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
8. Children's Privacy
GFSG is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
9. International Users
GFSG is based in Singapore, and some of our service providers operate internationally, including in the United States. By using our services, you understand that your information may be processed outside your home country.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including relying on providers like Stripe and Tekmatix who maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
11. Not Medical Advice
The information provided by GFSG, including anything in the membership library, courses, and communities, is for general knowledge only. We are not doctors, and nothing on this site should be treated as medical advice. Please speak with a qualified healthcare professional about your own diagnosis, symptoms, or treatment.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of GFSG after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

Refund Policy
Refunds, Chargebacks, and Cancellations
GFSG complies with applicable consumer protection law regarding refunds. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the membership you chose to enroll in. However, while membership fees are non-refundable, members may have extenuating circumstances that started or occurred since enrollment that prevented them from using their membership.
Membership Library
Where evidence can be successfully provided to support a member's extenuating circumstances (by email to [email protected]), membership fees may be refunded or partially refunded as per the following:
100%. within 7 days of enrollment if less than 10% of the library has been accessed.
50%. within 14 days of enrollment if less than 10% of the library has been accessed.
25%. within 30 days of enrollment if less than 10% of the library has been accessed.
No refunds. are issued after 30 days of enrollment, or if more than 10% of the library has been accessed.
By accepting these terms, you agree that you have read and understood that you may cancel your membership subscription at any time by logging into your account at learn.internationalglutenfree.com and using Manage Subscriptions.
Consultation Calls
Every attempt will be made to reschedule paid calls for a mutually convenient time. If an agreed-upon time cannot be reached within 30 days of the original booking, the call will be cancelled and the fee will be donated to Gluten Free Singapore Support Group, used to support Celiac and gluten-free awareness and F&B training in Singapore.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Any chargebacks or dispute fees made through Stripe, bank, or other means will be appealed against you as per the Terms of Use that you agree to herein, along with a record of your agreement to these terms upon digital enrollment.
Examples of extenuating circumstances which might be considered valid include a member's own serious health problems, significant personal or psychological hardship, pregnancy-related conditions, bereavement, divorce or separation, burglary or serious accident, jury service, or a significant, evidenced change in financial circumstances. Supporting documentation is required in each case.
