Getting Started

What Is Included in the Membership Library

Membership gives you full access to the Welcome course, the Gluten-Free Basics course, the Local Ingredients course, the Local Food course, and the GFSG Travel Toolkit, along with the Travel Guidebook and Restaurant & Cafe List as downloadable PDFs. Everything lives in one place, and new content gets added as we build.

How Do I Access The Membership Library?

Full step-by-step instructions, including screenshots, are here: How to Access Your Membership Library. In short, go to learn.internationalglutenfree.com/login and choose "Login with secure code" rather than setting a password.

How Do I Join Support Group Events?

You can see everything coming up, and register directly, on our events calendar.

Membership Details

What is the Cost of being a member?

The initial cost is $75 for the first year, with an annual renewal of $25 each year after that. This fee covers the platform that hosts everything and the ongoing work of keeping the information current.

Are there any special discounts?

As one of our first members, use coupon code SATAY at checkout to join for $8. Annual renewal after that is $25, same as everyone else.

Why Pay for Membership?

By becoming a member, you help Singapore understand the importance of accommodating residents and visitors who need to eat gluten-free. Every membership also helps fund F&B training for local restaurants, so eating out gets a little easier for everyone, member or not.

Is GFSG a Singapore sponsored group?

Gluten-Free Singapore is run by volunteers who represent Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, Long Term Residents, and frequent Visitors. GFSG is not part of the MOH or any other Singapore government agency.

How Do I Cancel My Membership?

You can cancel any time by logging into your account and using Manage Subscriptions. Step-by-step cancellation instructions are here.

If you need to cancel within 30 days of joining and have used less than 10% of the library, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on timing. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

What are the perks of being a member?

Beyond helping raise awareness, members get access to special offers and discounts from trusted vendors and F&B partners, along with early access as new courses and resources are added to the library.

Local Knowledge

What can I eat at a Hawker Center?

This is one of the most frequently asked questions. The short answer is nothing. The actual answer is quite a bit, if you know what you are doing. Inside the membership library, our Local Ingredients and Local Food courses walk you through exactly that. Understanding what is in your food is the biggest hurdle, and it is one you do not have to clear alone.
